Greetings Gamers! I hope you all liked the Pulled Pork Sammies! This week, we’re baking up a pizza using some of the pulled pork you may or may not have left over. Pizza is pretty hard to mess up, as long as you don’t burn it. Of course, good pizza starts with good crust. You can buy a pre-made crust from the grocery store that is pretty good, but I like to this one, contributed to the Food Network by Bobby Flay (although I could never forgive him for sleeping with Ari Gold’s wife). For an authentic pizza house flavor, spread some corn meal on your baking sheet before you roll out the dough.

Corn meal on the baking sheet adds a nice flavor and keeps the crust from sticking.
Pile on the toppings. I like to go sauce, meat, cheese and top it off with some banana pepper rings for a little extra kick.

Homemade pizza is almost never perfectly round, unless you are much more skilled than me. Let’s face it, you probably are, my K/D is horrible.
Bake it in the oven at 450 until the cheese is melted and the crust turn golden brown (about 8-10 minutes). let it cool for 5 minutes, slice it up and enjoy.

Special Delivery! Homemade Pizza for Everyone!
Hope you enjoy it gamers. Come back next week for some chili that is sure to cleanse your colon and get rid of that annoying roommate for a few hours.
